How I integrated my business and family life so I can have the best of both?

There was a moment in my life where it was all about business, working from morning till late at night. I was exhausted, I have no more time for my family and myself. It all changed when I asked myself this one life-changing question ‘Why can’t I have both- business and family time?’

I will be sharing my life experiences of how I figure out ways to run my business and have quality time with my wife and children using a method I called ‘life integration’.

CJ Lim

CJ is an entrepreneur and a dad of two. He holds a Master in Entrepreneurship, Bachelor of Engineering and a certified financial literacy trainer. He love to read, learn, explore new things and help others to grow. His favourite books are those that have inspirational stories in them.

Throughout his 12 years of experience in the education industry, taking on leadership role as the academic director in international schools and engaging with over thousands of students, CJ co-founded the Powerpreneur Program – an entrepreneurial and financial education program for kids and teens.

CJ has been invited to speak on platforms such as Global Entrepreneur Network, Education Summit 2020 and Junior Chamber International. He is also a business mentor in FutureLab and Young Entrepreneur X Factor. He volunteered as a mentor for the underprivileged youth through the Impian Kencana non-profit organisation.

CJ is an upcoming author and he has spent the last two years writing his life experiences in a book titled ‘ My Child, My Legacy’. He wishes the book would inspire more parents around the world to empower their children to live a purposeful and impactful live.
