If you are able to identify your listener’s preferred way of communication, then the more likely your listeners are willing to listen to and be open with you.
STEP 1: D.I.S.C.
In this session, I will share with you one of the oldest, proven and most effective personality profiling, the D.I.S.C. profiling.
STEP 2: Read Someone’s D.I.S.C.
If you have heard of and or learned D.I.S.C. before, great! Then you probably know you profile. Nevertheless, this session is not about you getting to know your profile, it is you knowing your listeners’ profiles.
In most instances, you probably don’t get to ask your listeners to fill out a 40 questions D.I.S.C. test just to figure out their profile… Therefore, it is important you identify your listeners’ profiles just from observating and talking to them.
STEP 3: Be the ‘O’ in D.I.S.C.O.
What is the ‘O’? It is the fifth personality profile that many do not know. Mastering ‘O’, you will be able to communicate with people (all four profiles) the way they want to be communicated to.
