Everywhere we look, we can see the necessity for women to apply their unique capacities and gifts to help themselves and our world rise to greater heights. Women Transformational leaders are needed now more than ever at this particular point in human history. Why? Because women are uniquely qualified for offering to the world a way of addressing some of our most prevalent and persistent problems using skills that come so natural like love, empathy, deep listening, and a holistic perspective that seeks to support the flourishing of all.

Rising Leadership requires conscious activation.
